Hours: Day shift, 44–50 hours per week
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour
Position Summary:
We are hiring a Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations and lead a small team of technicians and support staff. This role focuses on scheduling, coordination, and vendor management to ensure efficient workflow and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team of four employees

Assign work and manage daily schedules

Order parts and supplies

Coordinate and negotiate with vendors

Conduct performance reviews

Support efficient day-to-day shop operations
Requirements:

Previous supervisory or management experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Experience scheduling work and managing staff

Mechanical background considered an asset; 310T not required
