Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable 310T Truck and Coach Mechanic to join our team. This role supports our snow removal and fleet maintenance operations, with a fast-paced winter season and steady summer schedule. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic and repair abilities, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable with rotating shifts and on-call requirements during winter operations.
Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on heavy trucks and equipment

Complete routine service work, inspections, and preventative maintenance

Provide on-call support for service calls during winter operations

Respond to breakdowns during snow events as part of an all-hands-on-deck team

Work rotating day and night shifts during winter months

Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and industry standards
Requirements

Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician license (421A candidates also considered)

Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with experience working on heavy trucks

Ability to work extended hours during winter, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Comfortable participating in on-call rotation for service calls

Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in fast-paced, weather-driven environments

Ability to work independently and as part of a rotating shift team
Pay & Benefits

Hourly pay: $42 – $47, based on experience

Overtime: After 44 hours per week
