Shop Foreman

Salary: $48-$52/hour
Hours: Day Shift
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Working Foreman to join our team in Edmonton. This position involves overseeing a team of 6-8 mechanics while ensuring efficient shop operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of 6-8 mechanics in the shop.
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Report directly to the Branch Manager regarding team performance and shop operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a mechanic or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Commitment to safety and quality in all operations.
